exchanging sit down credit

Is it still possible to exchange a sit down credit for a counter service and 2 snack credits. We usually eat more counter service than sit down service.

last year during free dining they allowed you to use a CS for a TS plus gave you a lanyard with pins because it was almost impossible to get into a sit down TS.
