After many years of walking by the DVC kiosk, my family finally joined. It made since we drive over 4 times a year from Tampa (have sayed at all properties except GF). We originally were going to purchase only at SSR (great deal) but after reading so many times "buy where you want to stay" we bought at other locations. We now have points at SSR/275,BWV/125, VWL/50.

Here's my question: Can I book at 11 months out at BWV using those points and then at the 7 month window call and get MS to draw from the SSR points for the BWV reservation, since I have more of those? I have the the same use month for all 3 "homes".

You can't just switch the points. Technically, your original reservation must be cancelled, any persons on the wait list offered the reservation, and then you can make a new reservation using your other points. In practice, what this means is that if there is availability at the 7 month mark you will be able to manipulate around points, but you will not be able to restore any borrowed points to their original use year.
