Exchanging Harry Potter Robe For Bigger Size Without Receipt

Our daughter got a Harry Potter robe as a gift this year another family that visited IoA in Orlando. However, it's too small and the family didn't have a receipt. We're going this year and want to exchange it for a bigger size. Has anyone successfully exchanged anything at Universal Studios without a receipt?
