Although not an even exchange, Cardpool.com will buy unused gift cards and either send you a check or give you Amazon credit for them.

That could be an option. I have a GC for ITunes. It is not listed on the Cardpool website as a participating site. Anyone want to do a swap? And how would we do it??

You can sell them at Giftcardgranny or plasticjungle. You most likely won't get the full value but you should get most of it.
