Exchanging DW tickets for waterpark

We have 6 days worth of DW Park Hopper tickets for each of 4 people. Is there any approved way to exchange one day at DW for a Disney water park day?

Not that I'm aware of but I would be most curious to know if anyone's done it. I would be surprised in the extreme.

I'm pretty sure that I've never seen any reports of being able to do anything with theme parks tickets other than using them for admission to theme parks (or refunds, in the case of the death of the ticket holder). As inconsistent as Disney may be with regard to myriad aspects of the vacation experience, they seem to be very consistent with regard to this.
