Exchanging an AP Voucher at DTD

Are there any guest relations windows at DTD where you can exchange an AP Voucher for the actual AP?

Yes, Downtown Disney Guest Relations may exchange your voucher for an activated AP. DtD Guest Relations office is open 8:30 AM-11:00 PM.

I exchanged my voucher at the DTD guest services, and they were great

They are located next to the "Team Mickey" store, and there is actually an opening from the Team Mickey store right into Guest services in addition to their own entrance
