Exchanges ???

Can someone please explain !!!

Exchanges, cost $75., Can exchange your "SCHEDULED TIME" to go elsewhere.

Please give an example, do you need to have reservations at your home for example to swap or trade to go to ?????

How does this work, I'm confused.

Simply call DVC MS and tell them where and when you want to go and what size unit. You can only chose the resorts on the list. Once they have a unit for you, they will schedule your week for exchange at the time they get a match for you. You actually cannot directly exchange a week you already have scheduled. The fee is due when the exchange is completed, not when the search is started. Obviously there are many specific details which could vary depending on where and when you want to travel but overall this is the basic process.
