Hi Susan. Nope, I am not on vacation, wish I was though . It didn't seem like people were participating, so thought that maybe we would stop the QOTD. I will keep posting...thanks for checking the thread .

Spend it with the ILs. Since we are there, we don't have much a tradition. They change plans sometimes.



I skipped the new product one, because sometimes my brain just doesn't want to think that hard.

This year we are going to my parents house, my sisters birthday is on easter this year.

We take turns doing the different holidays, this year Easter is going to be held at my sister's house.

We'll spend Easter at my parents house like we usually do. My father is blind and it's easier on him to be in familar surroundings.

I'd bring back the horned toad. There are still some around but they are endangered I believe. I remember going hunting for them with my uncle in the summer. He was from Maryland and taught Biology in high school. He liked taking them back to show to his students.

I don't watch infomercials.

What do you do for Easter?

Generally, we wake up and hunt for eggs. After that we makes eggs benedict. After breakfast we start making lunch. Ham, Potatoes, deviled eggs and rolls. Then we eat... and dream of football season.

For Easter, we get together with my cousin, and her family, my aunty them, and some other friends, and or family, and we have a egg hunt, followed by lunch.

For the next two weeks, my daughter who is five will be off for Spring Break. I will have to think of things that we can do at home, that are simple, and things that are not too messy since her little brother will get into things, and would want to join us. So, creative minds out there, what can we do? Some things that I already am thinking of doing are, Easter, and St.Patricks Day crafts, a treasure or scavenger hunt, outdoor play, water fun, working in the garden, and cooking/baking.

Also, what did you do during Spring Break when you were growing up, and what did you do, or what will you be doing with your kids?

how does one start a exchange? I was thinking a vacation one would be fun for summer and I have a idea of how I want to do it but Im not sure the protocol on this site. Ive done swaps on the craftsters board.
