Exchange with II

I was on the DVC member website tonight looking up the points for next year (have not gotten my book yet). Anyway, stumbled onto the Interval International site and it started me thinking (or dreaming, as my husband says).

Has anyone exchanged to Ireland, Antigua or Turks & Caicos? If so, where did you go and did you like it? How far out did you start the exchange process?
