If a foreign exchange student's host family lives in Florida (and the student is 17) can the host family get a FL resident seasonal pass for them to go along with the host family's passes?

Yes, they live in FL.

And... guests under age 18 don't need to provide ID to use a Fl resident ticket.

I forgot that they wouldn't need a photo ID with being under 18. Thank you.
