Exchange / change / downgrade tickets

I was successful. I asked to exchange my 2 tickets for 2 days park-to-park that I got with Airmiles at the "guest relations" kiosk for 3 x 1 day park-to-park at no cost (2 adults, 1 kid).

I don't know if it changes anything but I said I received the tickets "has a gift".

If it says complimentary, it is non refundable
