Exchange certificate

I bought our FL 4 day park hopper tickets over the phone. I have linked to my MDE. I know I still need to exchange the certificates for tickets. I just have a few questions:

1. I plan on exchanging them the night before we go to parks. Does everyone in my party have to be there?? Can I just bring their IDs??

2. If I am not at the parks is downtown disney the best option for exchanging them??

3. Since my exchange is linked- do I need to do anything on my MDE account once I have the ticket?

I believe all adults must be present to exchange the vouchers. You need to provide ID and proof of a FL residence (I used my FL driver's license).

We've done this several times - the best places we have exchanged ours for the shortest waits was right outside Disney Quest and at EPCOT (via the monorail) in the afternoon. Everyone needed to be there because last time we did it (1 year ago) they still took your photo and checked the ID of adults.

This past year, I specifically did NOT link my passes to my MDE account and magic bands because it was during the transition to FP+ and we wanted to use the old FP system one last time. Not sure if it has changed, but I would say YES, you need to then link the tickets to your MDE account. I did this on my iphone while in line for the Little Mermaid ride - so it is easy. I think I even scanned the tickets (but can't really remember).
