Exchange Certificate Question?

Just got our "lime green" exchange certificates to get our new seasonal passes. Can I get exchange them at Coronado at Guest Services, or do I have to do it at one of the parks?

None of the resorts can do exchange certificates. You can take them to Guest Services at DTD (they're open till 11 or midnight) or to the guest services window at any of the parks. The DTD one is not bad, it's on the side by the Swimwear store (Summerhouse I think). I have found that it's sometimes easier to do it there than at the parks. The easiest one we ever did was at the back gate to EPCOT over by World Showcase one evening. It was virtually deserted. The ones at MK and EPCOT can sometimes get really backed up.

Dog, our certificates said right on the front that it could be exchanged at one of the following ticket sales locations at the WDW resort: Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, DAK, or the TTC at MK. Last renewal time we were staying at the Polynesian and I just walked over to the ticket window at the TTC - it was as easy as pie.

So 'parks' it is my friend.

The exchange certificate can be swapped at any ticket sales location (regular ticket booth) at any of the theme parks including at the TTC. It can also be exchanged at any Guest Relations location including either of the two at DTD. It cannot be done at a resort.
