Excercise Thread for Wed Aug 25 !

Can't believe I am the one to start this...it's my first time!
Anyway leaving for work and wanted to post that I did my 30 minute WATP tape.....Finally got my A** moving again after an idle week...good for me!

Anyone else with some Healthy news about their excercise ??

This morning I did Firm BSS1 body sculpt (upper body).

Who's next?
 
OK dont laugh but I tried to do Tae Bo and made it through 15 mins and thought i was gonna die...but i did do the 1 mile WATP to get my 30 mins!!!
 

I swam for 60 min today. :fish: :fish: :fish:

I did 3/4 mile lap swim in 35 min, & free swim in the deep end for 25 min. :sunny:
 
I did two workouts today, jogging in the morning (4.1 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work. :cool:
 
I did 60 minutes spinning, 45 minutes swimming and 25 minutes upper body work.
 
Yesterday I was kind of bored in the evening so I did a lot :cool:

15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes cycling, 15 minute pilates abwork, 10 minute armwork with weights, then the Firm's Hips, Buns, Thighs tape. :D
