As far as i know all you have to do is stick with your exercise goals to claim an exercise clippie. That's how i claim mine anyhow. If i do my Pilates at least 3 times a week, then I've stuck to my goal. And i do mine at my home instead of a class somewhere. So i say claim your clippie.
I believe all you have to do is come up with an exercise plan and stick to it. I think the minimum to qualify for the clippie is at least three days a week and at least 45 minutes minimum of exercise each day.
