Exceptional Member Services!

I have to share the amazing service I have gotten from Member Services over the last couple of months. Any time I call in, I put in al my details and my hold time is less than 3 minutes. Yes--3 minutes! The person who comes on line is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure that I get what I want and the points are used in the way I want them (I have 3 contracts at 4 resorts). I don't know what they did--hire more staff, train them more, or what--but the people working there are AMAZING and make the magic happen!
