Example of a Contract

We are thinking about renting/transferring some of our points we have at the BCV. Since I am a scaredy-cat , does anyone have an example of what the contract should say?

It seems like from reading all of these posts, that for the most part these transactions go smoothly - but you never know.

Any input would be appreciated.

Yep, I've used one any time we rent out our leftover points. Better to be safe than sorry!

I live in RI, just over Ma line. We could discuss points rental in person at the McDonald's on Rt 1 in North Attleboro, if you have points available. I am a DVC member and have rented points from several other members on this board. I've never had any trouble and never considered a contract or anything of the sort (and I'm a lawyer). I pay for the points, the other member transfers them. I guess I'm the trusting kind. However, when dealing with someone who is not a member, it may be more risky.
