or is DVC really busy, or is it just a boo-boo: you be the judge! Got my copies of signed documents in the mail today. The cover letter from Membership Administration at DVC is blank under the "Very truly yours" - no personal signature! I laughed when I saw that thinking that maybe Disney was saving a penny or two by not having an employee actually sign.

Given the anecdotal nature of the "evidence" I'd say it isn't worth even thinking about.

Ah, along the lines of the "memembership" information we were recently sent! LOL

Our VWL papers contained doubles of the eighth page of the contract and one of the other papers (these weren't the ones for us to keep...we have those too!).

So the savings on a real signature (or lack thereof) was probably taken up by my 2 extra sheets of paper..... Not saving $ there!
