Everything's Going to be Different This Time 8/20-8/25 (w/pix)

Great report - I just read it in one sitting :)

I like how you kept track of your budget - I may have to do that with my upcoming trip... hey it will help me know how much I need to save up for next year's!

I do have one question though... did I have a brain freeze or did you not visit Epcot?

I'm somewhat careless about budgets at home (and we're fortunate that income exceeds expenses enough so that I don't have to account for every penny), but I always do this when I'm travelling!

We did not visit Epcot. It was hard for me to come to terms with that decision, but I knew we'd be better off with fewer park days and more pool days. I can push myself but the kids can't (remember DD7's meltdown at Peter Pan?) and I don't want them to. On our next trip the plan is to stay a few days longer and even go for back-to-back park days (gasp!) at the beginning of the trip in order to do justice to all the parks.
