We are not big dessert eaters and the kiddos will be filling themselves with icees. I was wondering if we will be able to substitute things like fruit, fruit bowls, yogurt, apples and carmel in place of the standard dessert items?

TIA

Last year @ POFQ we were able to get grapes & fruit cups to count as desserts. Staying at Pop in June so I'm counting on doing the same. :thumbsup2

Yes, they have fruit, yogurt, and other healthy snacks that can be used as deserts. There were even a bunch of sugar free options. I just got back from POP this week.

Yes, fruit & fruit bowls can count as dessert or snack items. I used a few of our left over snack credits to purchase bowls for on the 9 hour plane trip home :thumbsup2 They also have the yogurt parfaits, worms n dirt (pudding cups), jello etc.

Thank you so much! I am so glad to know that we will be able to use that portion of the plan. Otherwise we would have just skipped dessert, well most of the time.

Please help me understand something, when we were there last August, the only dessert that my little one got was the grapes that were included in the "meal". Did we miss something with the dessert? Thank you.

They have a ton of items labelled "Dessert/Snack" and any of these can be used for the dessert part of the meal. They are not all at the food stations, there are some over by the refrigerators as well.
