Everyone needs to read Carrie's book!!!

Ok so the first day I was on this board I was told to read her book and I looked at the site - thought it looked a little sketchy and had no idea what it was or why I should buy it. Then many weeks later I decided I really did need to read it - looked for it on amazon and went to borders. Of course then I learn it really is online only. So I pulled up the site again and saw it was only $7 (how could I go wrong?). Then I looked at Carrie's page and saw that I could have it printed from lulu.com PERFECT!

So I just ordered a hard copy today and figured I would start paging through. I sooo wish I had read the entire thing before starting this wedding process. It explains so much especially about the cruise wedding that one would think your consultant would tell you immediately when you express interest in the package. Somehow - they didn't.... I really really wish I knew all of this before.

So don't make the same mistake I did - buy a download today!

I agree! I think it's a must-read for all Disney Brides!! It's so thorough and very well organized. I'm so happy that it came out BEFORE I made any final decisions or signed any contracts. I had already learned a lot of good information by following this message board, but having this book at my fingertips has been really helpful . . .

I completely agree!! I had one copy printed for myself and one for my mom. It's my wedding bible!!! For $7 you can't beat it! I highly recommend it.

yeah!! Everybody buy the book and hopefully the demand will be so great, they will print it and sell it as a stand alone in B&N

Once you are at www.lulu.com - click on publish paperbacks or hardbacks if thats what you want. There is a handy dandy cost calculator on the right side so you can see what the total bill is. B&W is a lot cheaper then color.. A LOT...

So then when you are ready to order you click the orange get started button on the left side of the page. Then just follow the onscreen instructions.

You have to buy and DL the book first from the passporter website then you upload it into lulu.com.

Hey guys - thanks for recommending this book. I am in the early stages of planning my Wishes wedding and this book is incredible! There is a lot of information in there (like what the taxes apply to) that is so helpful.

Thank you all for you kind words! I am so happy to hear that the book is useful The whole reason I wrote it was that there was so little info available when we were planning our wedding, and I wanted to spare future brides and grooms what we went through.

I just checked it out, and it appears that when the publisher created the new PDF, there was a problem with font embedding. I will bring this to their attention, but in the meantime, if you need the book right away, I have created a non-interactive PDF of the book that I was able to successfully upload to LuLu for printing. Then you can use the copy you bought from PassPorter as the interactive one that calculates budgets and forms.

If you PM me your email address, I can send you this copy, along with the cover file so you can create a color cover on your black and white LuLu book.

Yes! After you buy the file, you can upload it at www.lulu.com and make it a black and white paperback book with a color cover. (All-color is available, but it is very expensive; PassPorter is still investigating cheaper options for providing the book printed in all color.)

Apparently there is a problem with the latest file, though, so after you download it, PM me your email and I can send you a print-only version to use with LuLu until PassPorter fixes the file.
