Got loads of christmas paper, so Im prepared for next year!!

I also got loads of Yankee Candles for half price!! big ones I am dead pleased

So all in all very good shopping

Haven't been yet :( We are going tomorrow as I would like a new sofa :)

We went to Bluewater in Kent and it was really busy. We got loads of things. Mostly clothes for our New Year break at Center Parcs. We also got wine glasses and a watch for DH birthday in January.

Had a good time.

We got a new duvet cover in Next along with some clothes for DS. I bought a skirt and top for a Naming Ceremony next month but it may go back!

DD and DS are desperate to spend their Christmas money, so we are braving the crowds today. I saw on the news yesterday that people were outside Next at 3am waiting for the sale to start?! What on earth is wrong with them?! :earseek:

WOW! 3 am, I'm NEVER that desperate for cut price crap that no one else wants! My friend works at Next in Reading and goes in to work about 3 am to get the shop prepared!!

I got my NEXT sale items on line before Christmas :teeth: so no need to face the shop!

I failed miserably in an attempt to buy a Sharp Aquous 32in LCD, my DW slapped the no go on that one even though our current tv is very much on the blink.

Shame nice set and was looking forward to connecting my Tosh DvD player to the set by Component leads.

we went out yesterday and bought a toshiba 32in widescreen tv with built in freeview and free stand from comet for £399 same one in currys was £499.

I presume this is a CRT set? I may wait around for a few more months then pick up one of the outstanding bargains for CRT sets that are currently on the market. I will save up for a LCD for a couple of years time.

2 pairs of boots
2 pendants

I'm actually quite annoyed, I really wanted the Disney DVD Trivial Pursuits Game and yesterday the Boots website were selling it half price for £19.99!!! I couldn't believe it but of course they'd sold out, I've phoned every Boots store in Leeds and no where has it, my mum's checked hers too but alas to no avail. I knew it was too good to be true :(

It always the same ~ The one thing YOU are looking for in the sales and they never have it.
