Everyone around Atlanta area or has stayed there!!

Hey everyone! I plan on auditioning for the WDW CP character performer role in Atlanta at Gotta Dance Atlanta studio. If someone could tell me nearby hotels that are in good safe areas that you may have stayed at or know of??? Also which ones I should AVOID? Thanks so much!!!

I used to work in that area. It's somewhere between Buckhead and Atlantic Station. I'd stay in Atlantic station just for the cool factor.

A friend of mine that lived and worked in atlanta for 10+ years said to tell you that the downtown sheraton, marriott are good. Do not stay in the area you are auditioning in bc it is not the best neighborhood.
If you have a car, or can take a taxi, staying on the northside of atlanta (marietta, alpharetta, roswell) are nice areas and you can find decently priced nice hotels there as well.

Do not under any circumstances stay at the Holiday Inn Airport North. I stayed there in 2002 and it still remains one of the scariest hotels I have ever stayed at.

Alpharetta is a nice suburb North of the city. There are some hotels on Windward Parkway that were nice, not sure how bad the commute would be to your auditions. Will you have a car?

I don't know that exact area, I live closer to Buckhead, but please stay close by. It could easilty take you over an hour to get in there in traffic from Marietta, and even longer from Alphraretta. I wouldn't even go out as far as Buckhead. You are in a really congested part of town. I don't know particular hotels, but the areas just to the north and east of you are fine areas of the city.

The airport or Alpharetta are MILES from this area. Will you have a car? You'll need one, for sure.

It's about 2 miles from Gotta Dance and it's in a "better" area.
