I've ordered from them several times, and have even gone so far as to send them an email with links to eBay auctions that have photos of the items I'm interested in when I don't have the SKU number available! They are helpful, great service, and speedy delivery (even though they tell you something like 10-21 days). On the last order, the shipping department pulled the wrong item among the many on the order, called and they shipped another one and didn't even want me to return the other and said keep it or give it as a gift!

Thanks BluOrchid for posting this! We bought my son the metal die cast monorail ($15) in WDW a few weeks ago. When we got home it broke so I just called to replace it - they're sending one for free! The CM said they can do a one time replacement.

Thanks for posting the email address. I had upgraded my AOL to 9.0 and somehow my old mail has disappeared and I was panicking because I couldn't find it. Can't wait to shop in person though this next week!
