...I find myself over here looking for advice and/or support. This has been going on ever since the WISH board began.
Every 6 months or so, I INTEND to make big changes but here I am - now at the highest weight I have EVER been. Even when pregnant, I was never this heavy. I've GOT to do something. I look like crap. I feel like crap. I need to get under control.
And as I type that, it immediately points the way for me to Weight Watchers. Because whenever I do WW, I do feel in control. So I am really leaning that way to go to start this journey. Nearly 20 years ago, I lost 57 pounds with WW. I was feeling good and looking better than I had ever looked. And as I recall, after some time on the program, I do not remember feeling deprived. It all worked. I was committed (and this was over a couple year span.)
But now, nearly 20 years later, I wonder if I can do it? Will I be committed? Will it work?
I need your help WISHers. Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated. And if you have thoughts on any other programs, I would love to hear them. I am aiming to start this thing on Monday. The first day of Lent for us Eastern Catholics and a good time to get myself under control.
Thanks for listening.

Beth! Welcome back to WISH once again. I am a WWer and I firmly believe in the program and the results it gives if you commit yourself. It is all about making a commitment to yourself, because on any program you chose if you aren't serious than the program won't work. It sounds like you are ready for a change and all I can say is WW is excellent, especially when combined with the meetings and the great people here on WISH. Good luck in your quest for good health and feeling great!
You can do anything you set your mind to!
I just have to spend time playing around.
When I decided to start back with WW, I didn't see the point in buying all new material when the old program worked successfully in the past.
