How big is the YETI going to be anyone know?

According to the WDWMagic.com site (Expedition Everest) these are some of the numbers:
Max Height of Track: 120 ft
Max Drop: 80ft
Max Speed: 50mph
Trains will travel in both forward and backward directions.

I have read that the actual Yeti animatronic will be anywhere from 12 - 30 feet. I also read that the Yeti was budgeted out of attraction.

I don't remember where I read the differing heights at. The cancelation of the Yeti was mentioned by a, mostly well regarded poster on the News and Rumors board.
