Everest - Soft Opening - Any Commonality

We leave in 4 days and I know that Everest is in Soft Opening Stage, but was wondering from those who have been recently if there is a common time of day that it is open or is completely random. We don't have a lot of time alloted for AK this trip we are only going to be in the parks 3 days so it will be a hit or miss for us. Do you think they are likely to have it running on the EMH evening?

We were in Disney last month (Feb. 13 - 18) and visited AK during EMH at night. I was pleasantly surprised to see EE running and with NO LINE!! We walked right on the ride and rode it several times with no waiting. I don't know if it was just luck or not. That was the only time we spent at AK. Good luck, it was a great ride!

We went to AK later in the day last week. we got there around 3pm. We rode the safari twice, and rode the train around. Then we walked over to EE. By this time it was 4:30-ish, and there was no line for EE. It was just me and my 2 year old, so I couldn't get on, but it looked like people were walking right on after they came off of it.

I was just at the AK on Sunday and rode EE. We walked over there upon park opening and walked right on with no wait. At about noon, we walked by EE again and the line was a 90 minute wait and the fastpasses for the entire day were gone. It was the only line we saw that had a wait longer than 20 minutes (outside of Fantasyland of course) our entire trip.

I think as more and more people realize it's open, the longer the lines will get.

We were there last Thursday and it was open all day , I am not sure about EMH evening though. The lines were small in the morning until about 10 and then we got fast passed just before lunch and rode it again at 2:00. Just remember to use those fastpasses if you are short on time!!!!
