Ever try to get in without ADR's?

I missed my 90 day mark since my trip to WDW 12/5-12/13 was kind of dependent on job security. For now at least all is good. How hard or is it even possible to get into restaurants without ADR's? One specifically is T-Rex, we've never been there but looks like kids would like it.

It is possible, but very hard. At the super popular restaurants, it is probably impossible. At the moderately popular restaurants, it may be possible if you are prepared to eat at off hours (like 4:00 for dinner). Your better bet is to keep trying to make ADRs for the places you want to go to, as things open up all the time.

Part of your trip is during Pop Warner week which might make getting ADR's difficult. Try calling T-Rex directly, I've heard that they hold back some reservations for people who call directly.

Have you tried calling T-Rex directly? There have been reports here of bieng able to get a ressie that way that disney wasn't showing.

Keep trying. You may not get your first choices of restaurants/times but you should be able to get something. Just today I was able to move our December Cape May Cafe ADR for a party of 8 to an earlier time so definitely keep trying!

Could be hard.That week is not only pop warner, but FREE DINING which seriously books up the table service restaurants

I've eaten lunch at T-Rex twice with no reservations, we got there at 11:00am and were seated right away.

I would call the restaurant directly if you want a reservation. It is not on the dining plan so you should have no trouble getting a reservation.

Getting into other TS restaurants, may be a little more tricky. Free dining tends to book things up pretty good, I would go online and see what you could get.

Thanks for replies. The internet is great but has made me lazy. I tried online and nothing was available at T-Rex, thanks to advice that was posted here I called the restaurant (how come I needed someone to tell me that?) and got the time and day I wanted.... thanks
