Ever stay here?

Anyone ever stay at the Extended StayAmerican 1742 S Clementine St?? I stumbled upon it tonight while trying to find more reviews and pictures of kitchenettes . I hadn't heard about it before and thought I would ask here!!
Any input would be great as it is SUPER cheap!! $74/night where as the Residence Inn Maingate is $169 and the Park Vue is $179. Trip advisor reviews are mostly good. We will be staying for 10 days and definitely need a kitchen and walking distance....

We have friends who stayed at Homewood Suites and they had a kitchenette in their room. They also have a private shuttle (leaves every half hour) to Disneyland. My friend said it was great!

OMG Thank you so much Lisa for the information! I honestly have never even been on Yelp before but have now book marked it right along with Tripadvisor! I guess one really needs to dig around to make sure they are getting good info! This is why I always bring it to the Dis!
I have been looking at Homewood and Residence Inn on Clementine. I just thought because the Extended Stay was so much cheaper, it may make our budget trip a little easier but NO WAY!! I think we will Do Residence Inn, there have many people on here who have said it was great and it is in walking distance - which saves on ART and parking fees.
