I was able to get a good price on a convertable through Enterprise. I've never used them and was wondering if anyone else has.

We did Enterprise on our trip to DL about 2 yrs ago. At that time they had express check in (or something like that). We filled out all of our info (with licence ect) prior to getting there. We came in to LAX boarded their bus to Enterprise and went to their board and it directed us to where our car was. We were a very satisied customer with Enterprise and we if we do this again we will pick Enterprise again.

I have never used them in Anaheim/Disneyland Area but I use them at home when needed. I won't use anyone else.

Used Hertz and got rude CS, dirty car, and overcharged, never again.

Used them several times and always have been happy with price and service.
Last time, my mirror has a huge scratch which none of us had seen during our rental time, so i assumed it was me who did the damage and i confessed to the desk person.
Good to know they were also honest enough to tell me that damage had already been reported by the renter before me.
I like the fact they pick you up and drop you off after your rental.

Thanks for all the responses. I really wanted to rent a convertable. After all I will be in California! But it seemed to expensive from all the car rental companies I'm used to using. Enterprise had a great rate through Orbitz, it seemed a little too good. So now I feel better knowing that others have had good experiences.

Thanks Again.

barbokw,
a couple of summers ago my wife and i flew into LAX and traveled a good portion of the southern end of the state. we, too, thought that since we were in california we would rent a convertible. we did, and it has been one of the most memorbale traveling experiences ever. it meant extra money, but i would not trade that time driving around with the top down (even when it was cold in the higher elevations and in san francisco - and the heat on) for the hundred or more dollars it cost. so, my advice would be.... rent yourself a convertible and enjoy the ride! we rented from alamo, but it was at about the same price as you are saying enterprize is quoting. the problem for us now is that every trip back to california will be plagued with the convertible "need." we are heading out again this sunday, taking our 17 year old daughter to see the state. with the extra expense of another person we will have to pass on the convertible. i keep watching the discount travel and car rental websites for last minute deals, but i don't think it's gonna happen. have fun.
