Ever put together a 5K?

The boosters for my daughter's high school chorus are in the starting planning stages for a 5k in the fall to benefit the chorus. I've emailed a few local race directors but haven't heard back yet. Any help or suggestions are appreciated!!

Hi Heather!!!

I will keep this updated as I go if anyone is interested. I am waiting for an email back from a local company that does "events management" for a few local 5K's that I have done. I am also in the process of setting up a meeting with the school principal to see if we can do the 5K on school property and how much support the school administration is willing to give (this is a huge pet peeve of mine at my daughter's school).
