ever make yourself a birthday party at WDW?

meeting up w/friends during parts of my actual birthday
but wanting to bring a cake & champagne to an Off Kilter set
is that possible? can cake be delivered to Rose & Crown and bottle of champagne be bought there for take out? I can bring paper plates & cups -just want a celebration right there in front of Off Kitler, while they are playing. I know I can do my own but Im looking to share
