A lot of the survey sites will offer you $5 or even up to $10 to complete a survey. Many of them are legit (never heard of this particular one though) but the kicker is, they won't let you cash out until you reach a higher dollar amount. Often the first survey, or even just joining, will earn you several dollars, but the subsequent surveys will earn you pennies so it takes a long time to reach the cashout threshhold. Inbox Dollars comes to mind. In 4 years I think I've cashed out twice for $30 each time.
Have you tried Sunshine Rewards? I've made a bunch of money through that site, about $300 in a year or so. There is a forum on the DIS somewhere about SR. My Points is pretty good too, it's not a survey site per se, but it's fairly easy to accumulate points. Greenfield Online used to be pretty good, but lately all their rewards are sweepstakes entries instead of cash amounts. Blecch.
If the site for this particular company is not available, I wouldn't trust them too much. It seems like perhaps they don't have the resources to keep up, which would make me skeptical about their ability to pay out.
