Ever have a CM extemd period for PIN

We originally booked the week after Easter but then realized it is THE most expensive/busy time of the year so we rebooked for first week of April. It was far too expensive for us to stay on property so we are booked at the Swan through STarwood preferred guest - 2 nights free with my points. Now I see the Free Dining PIN - any chance they would apply it to my stay if I switched to on property?

If you are talking about a free dining offer that has already expired then no, they won't apply it because you decide to switch to onsite. You must book before the expiration to get the deal.

If you got the free dining PIN addressed to you, attached to your name, you would have to pay rack rate for your room and have a minimum stay I believe of three days and buy at least 2 days per person base tickets. You also need to book before April 30. Those PINs are for 4/23–8/13/11.

Incidently, Christmas to New Year's is the most crowded and expensive time to venture to the World , though there are other periods throughout the year where the pricing is higher than others.
