Oh definitely, back sleeping increases the chances. I was a sleep walker and talker up until my late teens. My dad who is in his late 80s still sleep walks. I guess genetics has just doomed me. Now I just have sleep paralysis.
Sometimes I get the buzzing (electric current) and sometimes the hallucinations but always the panic, feeling like I'm going to die, and weight on my chest making it heard to breathe. Sometimes I can open my eyes and look around the room but still can't move. I've just learned techniques to break the paralysis. It's still scary though.
