Now I dont mean to be rude or picky but this is starting to get to me. I am calling Disney 2 or 3 times a day to see if there any canx rooms for Thanksgiving. Every time I call I have to play 20 questions with the agent. They ask my name/address/phone #/email and so on. It gets to me cause sometimes i am in a hurry or I am on my cell and my minutes are being used. I know there doing there job so I have never been rude. Then thing is I work for a reservations dept myself. When a caller calls to see if there space avail on the cruise over thanksgiving weekend I will look for them. If there is then I ask if they want to make a hold and take down there info. Disney uses the same reservations program my company uses. I know this cause we bought it from them. So i know for a fact they can do whats called a quick search. I apologize if I upset anyone just had to vent
