I don't think your condescending attitude adds anything to the conversation, but to answer your question, I've done multiple musicals on Broadway, including Hamilton (with the original cast, even. Painfully expensive, but worth it!), Les Mis, Lion King, Phantom, Chicago, Kinky Boots, Wicked, and even--blech--Cats (I'm not referring to the touring productions of these Broadway shows, either, although I've seen many of them that way, as well), and we'll have to disagree. The talent on the ships is good, but no better than an average mid-size city's community theater, in my opinion.
The revue shows (it's revue, and not review, BTW) on
Royal Caribbean, which we've seen, are also schlocky, but at least there is variety to them because there is variety to their ships, so you only have to sit through the same schlock once. Relatively fresh schlock is easier to stomach than the same shows again and again, in our opinion.
