Ever get busted for comments you make on the boards?

I thought DW had started reading the boards... but one of her friends, who knows my user-name, ratted me out!!!!

No nothing here for DW to bust me on.

She does read over my shoulder some times and wants to look at my PMs.

I think she sometimes thinks I'm having an affair as I'm always DISsing when at home.

I have joked around with some "don't let DH read this" stuff in posts when I have said something about him, but in reality I know he lurks here and reads what I write, and he laughs about it.

shoot. dh is too busy with his job, his podcast, and writing Mouse Matters that he doesn't have time to actually surf the DIS. i do that for him and try to keep him up to date on the goings-on.

If you are reading this honey...I just want to get this off my chest. When I ask a question about the car, I really don't want the answer to start with Henry Ford and the history of the automobile...k? Just give me the condensed version. I don't care to know how a transmission works. I trust your judgement. I just want to know how much it will cost and how long it will take. Thanks.

I can say that I post here more than my DH, thanks to some friends. He has been known to get HIMSELF in trouble on some threads!

I occasionally forward stuff to my DH to check out but really he's just not that interested. He was really interested to find out what my answer was to the whole "would women choose clothes over sex" thread but other than that I think he could care less.

DH has absolutely no interest in chat rooms and the type and other than knowing my screen name, doesn't pay much attention to it (not that I would care either way). He does however love to reap the benefits of all the $$$ we have saved and great tips I have gotten off the DIS. I have told friends & family about the DIS but they don't know my screen name and I don't know if they have ever gotten on the boards.

Honey occassionally pokes his head in while I'm on but when I try to discuss what I discuss that "yes dear" look comes over his face.

There's not a whole lot I write on here that would get my DH all bothered. He'd probably be surprised at how quiet and calm I am here!!
