Events In January or February?

My sister is planning a trip to WDW in February, possibly January. Is there a place I can look to see what events are going on at that time? I know when we went in February (9-15) we ran into the National cheerleading competition. She is looking at mid-January, early February.

Okay, the way you are talking you should be safe from the Disney World Marathon (January 8th & 9th). But, Mardi Gras can lead to a couple extra crowds from people escaping "ground zero" and 2006 Cheerleading and Dance Team Championship Dates are supposed to be:

January 13-16 - College Cheerleading and Dance Team
February 3 - 6 - National Dance Team
February 10 - 13 - National High School Cheerleading
March 10 - 13 - National All Star Cheerleading

Those are subject to change without notice, yadda-yadda-yadda but that is when you should keep your eyes out for uniforms.

not really an event persay but MLK is the 16th i think of Jan so that weekend will be busier

Hi. Just wanted to let you know that Mardi Gras for 2006 is February 28. So the last week of February into the first week of March will be all of us from the New Orleans area. 187 more days for me. I hope this information helps.
