Evenings in resorts

Hi,

We are going to POFQ next month and have heard that the PO hotels have some good live music in the evenings, plus the outdoor movies.

Do any of the other resort hotels have any evening entertainment or activities that anyone can recommend? We are a family with 2 children, 10 and 6.

Most resorts, probably all of them, will have cinema under the stars. I do know that Riverside has great live entertainment at the bar, and he's very kid-friendly. Otherwise, you can also take the ferryboat to Downtown Disney for all kinds of evening entertainment.

Depending on the weather, the BW will have some outdoor entertainment.

But you cannot go wrong with Yeh-hah Bob at POR and Eliot Dyson is over at POFQ. There is also a campfire; weather permitting.

FW has a campfire sing-a-long with Chip and Dale.

Also, just a lovely water taxi ride away is DTD and a short walk over to Raglan Road; an irish pub. They have music and clog dancing most evenings. I love wandering around the shops in the evening and then getting a sundae at Ghiradelli's.

You can also return to DTD from any resort at the end of the day and then take the water taxi back to the resort. I do it almost every night. When you exit the bus hub, if you look in the distance, you can see the top of the volcano at RFC and just walk towards it. The boat dock is in sight of the restaurant.
