Evening shows - is this doable?

Two years ago we saw Fantasmic and walked towards Main Street and were perfectly happy with our last-minute view of the fireworks.

This year, we will be there the Friday before Labor Day and touring plans has an estimate of when the shows will be. We are looking at:

8:50 - paint the night parade
9:30 - fireworks
10:30 - fantasmic

The first two can both be viewed from Main Street, and then we'll high-tail it over to Fantasmic. And we have seen it before, so if the kids are too exhausted or we don't get a great view, that is ok.

F! uses fast passes now. You have to get the fast pass over behind the Big thunder mountain railroad near the BTRBBQ. They dont let you just show up and find a spot anymore. The viewing is very much like WOC now.

I think that's probably the most realistic plan to see PtN, fireworks, and then the second showing of F!. (Noting that we don't really know what the schedule will be like at that point in the year.) Just remember that F! is using the FP system, so make sure to get a FP for the second show (they distribute them in chronological order - so first show first, then second show). I don't know/think it'll be that easy to get to F! from Main Street, so it might take a bit of time, but as you said you're okay with a non-ideal view, I think you'll be okay.

Yes early is better IMO. If they have more than one show you might have to wait for the first show to run out of FP or ask a CM if they can give you a pass for the 2nd show if that's what you want to do.

I would think your plan will work if those show times are indeed accurate.
