Evening show for Animal Kingdom?

Isn't there an Evening Show for Animal Kingdom? We are going Oct. 6 and it doesn't show up on the hours map. I'm trying to make sure my FP don't overlap.

If you mean Rivers of LIght, that is right around closing time of the park. Some nights, when the park is open later, there will be 2 shows.

Only if you wait until much closer to the actual date(s.)

Earlier on (approx. 6 months out) Disney posts just a cursory listing with basic hours and events.
Then, as the actual dates get closer (1-4 weeks out, or so) they will update to reflect any added hours and shows.

Past scheduling is not necessarily an indicator of future scheduling but last Oct, the internal calendar is showing that there were two shows from Oct 7th through the 28th.

My Nov dates only list 1 show and its @ 6:30..is it normally that early during that time of year. I dont think we'll make it with dinner.

They have been know (multiple times) to perform a second RoL show that starts fully a half hour AFTER the posted "closing time" of DAK.

(This is also true on many nights for Fantasmic! at DHS.)

It closed mostly at 9 or 9:30 and sometimes 8:30.

We were at AK a few weeks ago. The park was open until 10, with RoL performances at 9:15 and 10:30. The first show was completely full, while the 2nd show was less than a third full. I was surprised how few guests stuck around for the late show.

While the early show was in progress, we had enough time for a Safari plus Everest and Dinosaur twice each.

I am not sure Pandora was open a year ago so, if not, AK probably closed earlier than this year. We got a FP for the early show about an hour before we actually went in to see the show. This was after we had used up our original 3 fast passes.

Expect many changes to hours and events within the last 7-40 days, give or take, before the actual dates.

Disney simply DOES change certain of the advance-posted hours and events... every single month, and has done that, month-after-month, for many years.
