I thought I would throw this out there but the first evening hours for Epcot were last night I believe. With that being said reports were coming in about very little wait times.

Oct 4, 2021
10pm - 12am

5 Mins - Three Caballeros, Nemo, Spaceship Earth
15 Mins - Mission, Soarin, Test Track
25 mins - Frozen

Obviously this was just a random snapshot but shows that you should easily be able to do what you want in the evening. Possibly Remmy comes at some point for the time being though it is closed for the event.

I am interested to see how this looks tomorrow evening at MK for the deluxe hours.

I am hoping that they eventually change the days of the deluxe hours because we will be going to MK in January on a Tuesday but what it looks like it is just Wednesdays

The Epcot hours is kinda meh to me, its only 8 attractions, and with no Remy doesnt get me excited.

Im also more interested in how it shakes out at MK, way more rides to hit then. I know the time we did extra magic hours back when it was all hotels at night, waits were pretty good, I got to ride 7 dwarfs during it, waited 30ish mins for it. Seems like crowd and waits should be pretty low even at MK with only deluxe getting it now.

Will definitely be interested in monitoring these crowds to see how these events play out.

I'm assuming you can park hop to these parks, correct?

What else was opened besides the rides? Any food places or shopping?

There wasn't much reporting on it unfortunately but lots of places are closed. The german pretzel cart was open but there wasn't context to what else was open/closed.

Likely you will want to fit food/shopping as the park is closing. Then move on to the rides to end the night. Hopefully someone can comment who has been there though.

No ratatouille? That’s inexcusable.
In any case, the restaurants/quick service locations and shops open until 12 would be the real draw for me, not the pathetic amount of scarce rides Epcot has.

Walking around a world showcase with no shops and no food open would negate the benefit for me.

If they can’t do ratatouille, at least give me the Yorkshire fish shop, the patisserie in France, and shops/rides I’d be ok with that. Waiting for more reports…

As long as you have that option on your ticket, or an AP, yes.

What time do the shops in Epcot close? I was hoping to go to the new shopping store late in the evening

I’m right there with you. Why on earth would Ratatouille not be part of evening hours? If they actually want to make this a perk, it should be “the park is open later” like it used to be, not “only some parts are open, and not the most popular or new ride(s).”

I think it will, eventually, but maybe didn’t want to until they have a better idea of how the crowds are during the day with BGs?

I am eager to see if and when they'll extend this benefit into late December and January. Hoping we can take advantage of this during our upcoming trip!

Those times sound great. Do another park during the day and then park hop into EPCOT for the evening. Now they just need to add AK and DHS the the evening extra hours.

I agree, I wish they would have done HS and MK instead. The main point of after-hours is low wait times, and ride-heavy parks would make sense.

Given all the other cuts we've endured I'm just glad they're doing something though!

I was really hoping Remy would be part of it. Still hoping it gets added before our trip later this month.
