Evening Extra Magic Hours question

We are staying onsite for the first part of our trip and then moving offsite for an extended stay. On the day we check out from our Disney resort, there are evening extra magic hours at MK. Are we allowed to stay in MK for those evening extra magic hours?
Part of me says no, since we would have checked out that morning at 11:00am but then I think, if they were in the morning, we would be allowed to take advantage of those extra magic hours.
Anyone have any insight on this? We really want to take advantage of those evening extra magic hours but don't want to pay for another night in a Disney resort when we don't have to.

My feeling is probably yes. I know for sure you could do the morning EMH. And when you're on a dining plan, you can continue using your dining plan credits all the way until Midnight on the day you check out. Of course this is just theory, but I feel pretty confident they would let you. I may be wrong, hopefully somebody out there has actual experience with this.

Yes. Your entitlements extend until the end of the day you check out of your resort.

Similar topic but when we stay club level we can still use the lounge that day after we check out. If we don't have enough time to hit a park we hang in the club lounge until our Magical Express pick up.

Anyone can stay in the park for evening magic hours regardless if staying on site or not.

But as far as riding rides. I've read on here that during evening emh that everyone enters the fp line and they scan your magic bands. We stayed on site last year and took part in morning and evening magic hours. For the evening, we noticed no bands were being scanned and everyone was just entering stand by line. So our last few trips (December and January), we've taken part in evening emh without being on property.

Don't know if maybe it just happened to be the often times we've been there, or they don't do anything to prevent offsite guests from riding during evening magic hours now
