There were no EMH nights on our last trip to WDW, so I am unsure how to plan around/include them. 
Have you found that evening EMH is worth attending or too crowded? How about doing Fantasmic on an EMH night--is is more crowded or less so because there are more shows? Is an evening EMH park crowded from early in the day or is it a good strategy to start out at an evening EMH park and hop somewhere else later in the day?
