Evening EMH and entering Park

Family wants to see Wishes from Polynesian Beach, which I have no problem with (they're old fuddy duddies!) but there's EMH the same night from 11 until midnight with Wishes at 10pm. I can probably get back to the park right at or after closing for a quick Space Mountain fix before bed

I'm staying at the resort so can take advantage of EMH - Can I get into the park after closing to take advantage of EMH or must I be in the park before closing time to do so?
