I'm planning my Orlando trip this April/May. I want to dine at 50s prime time then see Fantasmic. I was considering using a FP+ for Fantasmic, would this be a good idea? What benefits would I get?

Also if I choose to go to Fantasmic on a day that HS has morning EMH would it be noticeably busier? I wouldn't be at HS all day, just the evening.

Thank's for any tips.

1. would this be a good idea?

2. What benefits would I get?

3. Also if I choose to go to Fantasmic on a day that HS has morning EMH would it be noticeably busier?

4. I wouldn't be at HS all day, just the evening.

1. That's an OK choice.
2. The FP+ area is closer to the center of the theater than the standby area.
(If you arrive within 45 minutes, or so, before show-time.)
3. It unpredictable, as guests will often park-hop over to DHS in the evening to see Fantasmic!,
4. as YOU are doing
so I don't think that the AM EMH will necessarily create a much larger crowd.
Having a FP+ for F! will help you get in.
But, like most everything at WDW... The earlier you get there, the better the seats can be.

Thanks for the reply. Could you clarify you last point as you say it will be 'many times' busier then say it wouldn't necessarily create a larger crowd.

Do resort guests that visit parks for EMH in the morning typically stay all day and therefore make the evening entertainment busier?

Thanks again

A. You misinterpreted my statement, so I've reworded it in the original post.
B. Some do. Sometimes others will leave for elsewhere.
