I know that as of Feb 2006, CRT has Cinderella in the lobby on the first floor for pictures, and 3 other pricesses upstairs for Breakfast and Lunch. Has anyone tried it yet? Do the kids get any time to chat w/ Cinderella or is it very rushed? Is she there for dinner? I have read 50/50 that she is there for dinner and not. I also read that for dinner the mice and fairy godmother are upstairs instead of princesses. Any of the 3 meals are 2 Table Points.
Has anyone tried CRT under this new format?

hope to read some answers soon, we will be dining there for lunch in May....can't wait to see the new changes!

We were there for lunch on February 24. We had a wonderful time. We waited outside for about 15 minutes before we were escorted into the lobby to meet Cinderella. Once inside the lobby we waited in line for about 10 minutes to meet Cinderella (my 3 yo DS had a complete meltdown once in the lobby and my DH sat with him on a bench in the lobby while I waited in line with our 5 yo DD to meet Cindy...anyway Cindy's character handler was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with our son......she laid down flat on the floor with him and engaged him until he came out of his meltdown....just in time for him to jump into the picture with his sister and Cinderella...PRICELESS!!). Cinderella was very kind and attentive to our children. SHe talked with them a bit and really worked with the kids to get a good picture. We did not feel rushed. We were then escorted upstairs for our lunch. Belle, Fairy Godmother, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White were circulating. (Cindy's character handler came upstairs TWICE to check on our DS!!). The food was brought out very quickly....and was very good. I had the Major Domo. THey did some little mini-show with a plastic star that blinks (they gave one to all the kids). All little girls got a wand (rather cheap.....ours broke soon after we got home) and all the little boys got a cool sword. They brought out our pictures while we were eating....the pics were free. We thought it was a great experience...probably our best meal...and we had 8 ADRs!!

We were there for dinner on 3/17 - Cinderella most definitely IS there at dinner time. She is downstairs for autographs and pictures (your picture with her is included in the price - you get a nice photo package). At dinner time there are no other princesses there, but the Fairy Godmother and Suzy and Perla (mice) come out and do a little "celebration" song and go quickly around the restaurant. We were able to get photos with each (we don't do autographs, but I don't think there would have been time for that anyway). The meal was very, very good. One of our best the whole week. And you just can't beat the ambience of dining in the castle! princess:

I like how Disney gets people to think they get things for "free" with the high price they paid! :rolleys: :rotfl2:
