:woohoo: Confirmation has arrived in the post. Package was a little underwhelming since it is not tickets but booking reference letter and a gatefold leaflet telling you how to use automatic checkin :)

Anyway along with DLP confirmation the holiday planning is coming together :goodvibes

Did you book direct with Eurostar?

We did and it appears we collect our tickets at check-in. DD is convinced we will get to Waterloo and they will send us away again, any words to reassure her? I have collected at check-in before, for a trip to Bruges, with no problems. But last time we went to DLP we booked through a travel agent and had our tickets before we left home.

Excellent news Reid:thumbsup2

BTW - You mentioned you used Tesco Clubcard Deals for the crossing, are you getting travel insurance via Tesco, so that you cover the cost of your vouchers, apparently most companies don't cover them. I've priced up Tesco's Insurance which is reasonable but twice the price of "Right Cover"'s (advert on forum) top of level of cover, just wondered if you know of any alternatives ? Always, makes sense to shop around I think.:)

Excellent:) its great to get everything finalised and booked.:)

We already had cover so I paid for special delivery so the vouchers were not lost. I'll have a look to see who it was that we bought on-line with :)

Sorry Reid, I didn't make myself clear - it's in the event of cancellation of the holiday that the insurance won't cover the vouchers. I spent the afternoon looking and for the price of the insurance for 4 days it's hardly worth the effort - I've arranged it with Tesco.:)
Thanks anyway.:thumbsup2

Ah I see. Yes we thought about that and although it would be a waste of the vouchers we figured that we could always find a cheap ferry crossing if necessary.:)
