Eurotunnel Changes......

hi all
well, after seeing about changes to eurostar, i thought id email eurotunnel and check on the trains for that.
they have replied and said that they are currently amending october bookings, and, unless anything drastic changes, november bookings will then be amended. they say they are not sure on whether december bookings will be amended, as it will depend on the frequency of the trains (currently they are minimum of 1 every 90 mins) so just thought id warn u all, that there is every possibility of the trains u have booked being changed!!
wish i could give happier and more detailed news, but as yet, there is nothing more.

Ours were changed too.
Going out we were brought forwards 20 minutes to 06:05, which I didn't mind as we'll get to the parks 20 minutes earlier.

Coming back they brought us forwards nearly 2 hours to around 22:00 which would have meant leaving Disney early, so I rang them up and they changed it to a time just 5 minutes out from my original booking. (now why didn't they do that in the first place?)

Moral of the story: if the change isn't to your benefit, don't be afraid to ring them up and ask.

We then booked MNSSHP and Eurotunnel moved us to 3am even though we're not really allowed to go into a 6th day on our short stay tickets. I had to ring twice and crawl a lot before they said yes to that though!

2nd moral of the story: don't be afraid to use the fire to get switched to a package which you wouldn't normally be allowed.

lmao - i will remember that - dont mind the earlier, as we are stoppin down at holiday inn so no prob (apart from missing breakie) but dont want an earlier return - wud be happy with a later one then we can get in fantillusion on last day!!!

We received amended times by e-mail on 8th October (going 26th) and they changed outgoing to 07.25 from 06.20 and back at 22.07 from 22.20

Called about the outgoing and they changed it to 06.05 - have to get up even earlier but should be at the parks about 10.30

I think I had better email them or ring them tomorrow. We are going on the 27th and were booked on the 6:20 but we haven't heard anything yet.

ur times are similar to ours - except going out is 7:20, so maybe will only get a change of 5 mins?? coming back i dont really want the earlier, as 22:20 was gonna be a rush, so if they do change that, maybe try for a later one???
